Through supporting the growth of social innovation leaders, we aim to facilitate the spread of the positive changes they create throughout society. Our mission is to assist these leaders in achieving their social missions and fostering their growth, ensuring that the impact they make resonates across various aspects of society.

Leaders who deeply understand the structural causes of climate adaptation challenges, redefine the problem, and design innovative approaches to address the gaps

Leaders who drive real change on the ground with clear implementation strategies. They learn from failure, continuously improve their models, and design their businesses so that change continues even after their direct involvement ends. They are also able to demonstrate the process and outcomes of the impact they create with clear evidence

Leaders who believe their business model should not remain a single business, but can become a catalyst for change in policy, markets, and culture. They connect diverse stakeholders around this vision and lead their teams to grow together and drive meaningful change

Selection Criteria

Eligibility

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

- (Co-)Founder and Current Representative of an organization working on climate change solutions(operating for at least one year)
- Works full-time for the organization and is fully dedicated to it 
- National of the country where the organization operates
- Good command of English (English communication needed during the selection process and fellows' activities)

* Ineligible Applicants

- One-person businesses (the organization must have at least one additional full-time employee
- For-profit companies that have raised Series A funding or beyond

Eligible Countries

Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, The Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam 
(* Nationality and business regions must be in the above countries.
The applicant's nationality must match the country where their organization operates. )

Business Field

We are looking for leader working in Climate Adaptation โ”€ helping communities reduce harm and build resilience in a world already changed by the climate crisis.
Eligible areas include, but are not limited to, the following: 
 
- Food / Agriculture โ”€ Farming systems transformation, Food security, Climate-resilient crop and livestock practices, Marine & fisheries 
- Water Management / Disaster Risk Reduction โ”€ Community-based resilience solutions for floods, droughts, or extreme weather; early warning systems 
- Ecosystem & Biodiversity โ”€ Ecosystem restoration, Nature-based solutions, Ecosystem-based disaster risk reduction 
- Climate-Resilient Settlements & Infrastructure โ”€ Climate-resilient housing, energy access for climate-vulnerable communities, resilient urban systems and infrastructure 
- Others โ”€ Innovative approaches to climate adaptation not captured in the categories above. This includes community-based systems that address climate-intensified health crises (e.g., healthcare infrastructure and waste management in the context of climate-related infectious diseases, extreme heat, or flooding), circular economy models directly linked to climate adaptation, and other approaches that strengthen the climate resilience of vulnerable communities.
