The BeautifulStore Foundation(hereinafter referred as โ€œBeautifulStoreโ€) process personal information of candidates who participate in the selection process of the Asia Beautiful Fellow program for the purposes as following. Personal information is not used for any purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of the use is changed, BeautifulStore takes necessary measures such as additional consent from the candidate in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

โ–  Consent on the collection and usage of Personal information
(1) Particulars of Personal Information to be Collected
Name, Age, Nationality, E-mail Address, Contact Number(Mobile, Office), Organization Name, Date of Establishment of Organization, Office Address, Work Experience Information.

(2) Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
- Contact candidate to identify and confirm an application.
- To notify candidate of the selection process and results of the Asia Beautiful Fellow program.

(3) Retention Period of Personal Information
BeautifulStore retains personal information of candidate who is not selected for the selection process for 1 year and destroys personal information within the specified period.
BeautifulStore obtains separate consent of the collection and usage of personal information of successful candidate.

โ–  Right to Disagree and Disadvantages from the denial of consent
Candidate who participates in the selection process of the Asia Beautiful Fellow program has the right to disagree to the collection, usage, and provision of personal information. If you disagree, however, we may not be able to accept your application for the selection of Asia Beautiful Fellow program.

โ–  Personal Information Manager
BeautifulStore takes overall responsibility for management of personal information of candidate and designates a personal information manager to handle complaints concerning the management of personal information and remedy damage therefrom as below. I confirmed the content of this agreement and received an explanation concerning the right to disagree with the collection and use of personal information, and personal information manger of BeautifulStore.
I agreed to collect and use personal information as a candidate who participate in the Asia Beautiful Fellow program of The BeuatifulStore Foundation(hereinafter referred to as โ€œBeautifulStoreโ€), and I agree that the collected personal information will be provided to the third party below.

Personal information is not used for any purposes other than the above, and if the purpose of the use is changed, BeautifulStore informs candidates of any changes of purpose and obtains separate consent for a subject of Information in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

โ–  Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

- Korea SHE Foundation (http://koreasheeng.creatorlink.net/)
- Purpose of use: To share the opportunities of Funding, Impact Investment, etc.
- Personal Information: Email address, Name, Nationality, Organization name
- Retention and usage period: Until the purpose is achieved

โ€ป The period of personal information retention is until the purpose of the use is achieved, but BeautifulStore destroys personal information immediately if the candidate requests to destroy their personal information.

โ€ป If you receive an error message while uploading the files and attempting to submit, please delete your internet cookies and history. Then, retry in private mode. If the same problem persists even after deleting them, please submit your files to world@bstore.org.
