(1) Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
The Beautiful Store Foundation collects and processes personal information of recommenders and candidates for the following purposes. The collected information will not be used for any purposes other than those stated below. If the purpose of use is changed, The Beautiful Store Foundation will obtain separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act and take the necessary measures.
- Operation and selection of the Asia Beautiful Fellow Program

(3) Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Personal information will be retained and used until the termination of the Asia Beautiful Fellow program and will be deleted immediately upon request from the data subject. If further retention and use of personal information are required, such processing will comply with relevant laws and regulations.

(4) Right to Refuse Consent and Disadvantages Thereof
Recommenders and candidates have the right to refuse consent to the collection, and provision of their personal information to third parties.
However, if consent is refused, the individual may not be able to receive notifications regarding the selection process of the Asia Beautiful Fellow Program.

(5) Personal Information Manager
The Beautiful Store Foundation takes overall responsibility for handling personal information collected from recommenders and designates the following person in charge to handle complaints and remedies related to the processing of personal information.
